Just to update some of you who may be following me for my music photography - I decided to take a break this month from shooting music, although I have been coerced into doing two small shows for my friends in Smashing Blouse and Ben Pryer.
BUT - in February and March, I will be back with photos of Deftones, Angus Stone, Local Natives (again, in a nicer venue), Jake Bugg, Joe Bonamassa, Of Monsters and Men, Sigur Ros, Jessie Ware, Johnny Marr, Beach House, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and FOALS!
And tomorrow, I am going to be participating in the new Foals video!

I had an opticians’ appointment this morning. I’ve noticed the vision in my left eye has been getting subsequently worse this week in particular, until yesterday when it got so bad that I had double vision in that eye. It turns out my astigmatism is getting worse, and right now I can’t afford to get new specs or upgrade contact lenses to help with the problem, so I am on doctors orders to stop abusing my contacts and wear my glasses in an effort to improve my eye health. I also have blood vessels growing over the front of my eyes. So in general, it’s all going swimmingly.
